The following pages contain some of the
highlights of the thirty year existence of the
Olympia Chapter of the American
Rhododendron Society. Most of the
information was taken from meeting
minutes and when necessary/, newsletters.
In reading through the minutes, it was
difficult not to include more.
Much thanks is due to the faithful secretaries
who kept the records of the
meetings and those members who saved
them until now.
The Olympia Chapter is still active and
though "many things have changed, it is
still the same" as thirty years ago.

Mr. & Mrs. De Boar are also on your records as open members and request transfer to the Olympia Chapter; however, their dues in the amount of #3.60 for the year 1963 are included in my check.
If there is any other information or material you require in order to process this application, please do not hesitate to call on us.
We hope that the above application for a new chapter in Olympia will be approved at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the American rhododendron Society.
